The Project

Gensler–the global leader in architecture and design–tapped San Antonio-born artist, AJ Rose, to create a centerpiece for their 48th office located in San Antonio, TX. Their request was simple: create something fun that nods to the firm’s heritage in architecture and incorporate their new 300NXT initiative: a conversation about the future of design in San Antonio, TX.

Client Review

When we first entertained the idea of having an artist create a centerpiece for our newest office in San Antonio, we were extremely fortunate to have found UXD out of Houston through our mututal Gensler connections. The artist they brought on for the project, AJ Rose, has strong ties to the San Antonio street art scene and has a tremendous capacity to envision and collaborate. The art they created was fantastic, but I think I really enjoyed the creative process and journey with them more.

From the beginning, they listened, absorbed, incubated, and created a piece that helped us really share a conversation that connects with our clients and visitors. Their team are truly consummate professionals and I would highly recommend them!
